3 screens with Windows XP

Wasn't sure whether to put this is monitors, graphics or Windows! But anyway...

I've read that Windows XP only supports having 2 screens connected (not as clone, but as extended desktop). is that right, or can you have 3 screens connected using 2 video cards, for extended desktop over 3 screens?

You can have 3 screens with XP - one of the system at work (my boss's !) has 3 screens no problem. It is possible.

You need 2 gfx card for 3 screens or a tripplehead
