3 Series Wheel Preference?

Hi all,

Looking at the following two cars:

1. 320d M Sport Business Edition 4Dr Step Auto

2. 3 Series 318d M Sport 4dr Step Auto

Both are around the same price and im not sure what one to go for, however the 320d has 18" Wheels and the 318d has 17" Wheels.

Anyone who has experience driving either wheel size on this type of car have any recommendation on which to go for or are they much the same? Im just worried incase in day to day driving the 18" will be too harsh of a ride?

The 318d is a terrible thing, and the Business Edition has the poorer Business Navigation system. Why must it be between only these two?

So 318d not a good engine to go for?

I want to buy a 2.0 3 series auto diesel and these two are the only ones that matched what I was looking for to be honest. The navigation would be an extra its not something I was looking for in paticular. They are both 2009 models and only thing Im really worried about is if 18" would give too harsh a ride.
 
Its the same engine as the 320d with less power and no more economy so whats the point?

The Business nav gets you a tiny little screen with two plastic blanks either side to constantly remind you it isnt the proper widescreen.
