Around a tea spoon you think? I dont have any sensitive scales around here and can't find anything useful by googling.

How big is the bottle (if it is a regular size - litre, etc) and how much is the weight given on the side?

Just take a couple of teaspoons - what's the worst that could happen?

I'm not running a meth lab.

Just taking a few suppliments to aid weight training.

4g being near enough a tea spoon is all I needed to know.

IIRC it is widely accepted that a level teaspoon is 5g. HTH
