I'm currently with Three, at about month 14/15 of an 18 month contract. I know I'm eligible for an upgrade within the last two months of my minimum term contract, but is there any way you can get one beforehand? Reason I ask is I'm sure my phone is gradually dying, it's dropping calls, struggling to find signal everywhere, needs constant turning off and on again etc, and I've already had the handset repaired once. I'm happy with my contract and would be more than happy to carry on with it, so would there be any chance of accelerating my upgrade? If not I guess I'll just have to whinge at them and get my current one looked at again, I just thought it would save them the hassle of having to fix a phone again when they could just give me a new one with my upgrade time being relatively close.
