30 day password policy on windows 2003 server

I was sure fine grained policies were only available in 2008 but if anyone knows of a workaround I'd be grateful

Group policy to set the maximum password age to 30 days? Or am i missing something here?

Is it possible to set it for just one country? Assuming the forest is grouped in countries?

Well it can be set like any other gpo, so depending on how your AD is setup with the groupings you should be able to I'd have thought.

Fine grained password policies are available in 2008.

Windows 2003 = 1 password policy per domain. If you require multiple password policies, you need to have multiple domains.

and can only be set via the default domain policy.
