lg W3000H, its the only recent 30" that doesn't have a scaler (which causes the lag) the dell 3008 uses the same panel but adds a scaler. Think the dell 3007 didn't have one but is an older panel now. Had mine a few months now and loving it, though its hard to find reviews.
