Wheres the guide on what to get for £300?

Parents need a new pc, i just need somthing cheap for general stuff, tho have got mum instreadt in folding so any spare il be spending on CPU. Dont need a case.

Depending on the use of the pc then maybe drop the gfx card/mobo for matx/onboard gfx and increase the processor a bit more.
