Looking to pick up a new camera for my travels, as my ancient FZ28 is a bit naff nowadays and tbh it is too large to carry around - and I hardly ever use super-zoom anymore. I'm looking for something far smaller, preferably with WiFi, and decent low-light performance.
Options so far seem to be:
Sony a5000 - small size, large sensor
Panasonic GM1 - tiny, 4/3s, touchscreen, small battery, bit old now?
Sony RX100 - compact with 1" sensor
Panasonic GF7 - small, touchscreen, 4/3s, small battery
It seems to basically be a toss-up of large sensor or touchscreen, and I'm currently leaning towards the a5000. The other alternative is to get a used a6000, to get a large sensor with better focusing and a touchscreen for the same price.
Any personal recommendations?
