£300 Spec Challange

My brother just told me he's got £300 to spend on a computer, I can easily spec him a £300 tower, but he wants a £300 full system!!!

By that i mean, tower & monitor. I don't know if it's possible, but I thought I'd ask you lot on OcUk

He doesn't play games, and it'll be used for MSN and College work.

The only way that can happen is to buy it pre-built from people like the purple shirts, or the place that rhymes with hell

If he's got £300 to spend and only will only be using it for MSN and College work, then why not just get a laptop as there are quite a few of them out there to choose from at reasonably low prices.
