£300 Spec Mobo, Cpu and Ram

Hi there,
Mate blew up his mobo tonight and needs an upgrade!

Looking for CPU, Mobo and Ram for around £300 which will give good multi tasking and video performance.

If he can stretch his budget abit more then go with this! Undoubtedly a better mobo and abit better ram, just more expensive
