£300 to upgrade my machine!

Hi,

I don't play games! so dont want anything fancy!
Needs to be good:
Quiet!
I play lots of music, surf web, web authoring, accounting etc.

My current spec:
1GB Ram
FX5200
3.0c P4
460w enermax PSU
80GB HDD
SB Audigy 1
CD-RW

Now I think my ram is buggared so I need new ram!

Now I want a shuttle or sff! Ive seen the shuttle ocuk sell the st62k which has external fanless psu which I like so im thinking something around that?

if you dont play games then why not treat yourself to one of the following

X-fi sound card
Aego M speakers
new case
new TFT

could prob get all of that lot for £300
 
Ram, Sound Card, Speakers, TFT, DVD Rom one/all of these :)

I got a 19inch samsung tft 8ms one.

I dont need new speakers my 400w logitech are fine, and good for music.

I wouldnt mind a small case although, my current case is a lian li pc65 with window.
 
Hmm id get a decent sound card, a case (Lian Li PC7+ is v nice)

edit: maybe a new hd, store more music etc?
