£400 Upgrade, advice needed!!!

I want to spend £400/£450 upgrading my rig, but don't know where to start really, as everything could do with upgrading! Just want a general opinion on what people think i should get with this limited budget!

So far i have :
ACPI Uniprocessor (AMD Athlon XP 2000+)
RADEON 9800pro GFX Card
1gb HDD Ram
80gb Hard Drive
A-Bit NF7 MotherBoard

I'd really liek to upgrade gfx, processor to a dual core, and ofcourse mobo, and ram, but am open to any suggestions that will be more effective with this limited budget!

This is what i was thinking thus far:
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core (2.6ghz) £133
Asus MZNPV Mx Mother Board £44.50
Corsair 1GB DDR2 Ram £40
Point of View 8800GTS 320mb GFX Card £185.50
550w PSU £20

Any suggestions, improvements or anything you think i should/shouldnt be upgrading and any alternatives???

Help is much appreciated!

Intel Core2Duo is better but it would mean that you wouldn't be able to get a really good gfx card and the AMD spec is good enough and is better for your price margin.
