£300 upgrade

Hey peeps,

Im after a £300 poss £350 upgrade, Ideally Im after a conroe 6600, 2gig RAM and a mobo, which I will be overclocking, oh and I need a quiet and good CPU cooler....

Any ideas? Is it possible?

Or should I wait for new tech? Anything new being released anytime soon?

This nudges over the £350 but ought to be well worth it, if you want to save some money then it is worth considering the 6420 CPU as it also has 4mb L2 cache but is clocked a bit lower which should be able to be overcome with a bit of overclocking.
