£300 upgrade

my brother wants to upgrade his rig, from his current 5670/athlon x4 635 and 4gb ddr2 on an asus m4a7b 760g mobo running off an arctic cooling 500wt psu.

i suggested a new mobo (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-041-AK), new ddr3 ram (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-201-OC) and new psu (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-166-CM&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1103)

so... any other suggestions

what graphics card he got, does he even play games.

yea he plays all sorts - hl2 tf2 crysis oblivion stalker cod ect

can't really see the point in switching to ddr3, not enough speed improvement.

better psu and a GTX460 card.
