hiya, can i get some help specing a gamming rig upgrade only need mobo, cpu and ram.

if possible a small motherboard a micro atx or if possible Mini itx with overclocking potential.

currently running a DFI x58 mobo, i7-920 @ stock (recently getting very unstable), 6GB ram, gtx780

So can you list everything you currently have please.

What case, PSU, drives, cooler etc etc.

your specs should be fine, im using a I7 950 with 6GB of ram and have no issues gaming.

are you having any issues with the PC at all? if you are might be worth getting this sorted and seeing if you still need to upgrade anything

I have a Radeon 5830 and its no where as good as your 780

ok not at my computer atm but i got
i7 920 (is unstable would randomly restart even under low loads, tried overvolting @ stock no help, so looking to replace cpu mobo and ram.)
DFI x58 board
silverstone 850w silver 80 psu
all in a cooler master 840 atcs but i'm thinking of getting a smaller build as i find it a bit too big atm
water cooled with old style thermochill 360 rad with 25mm spacing and a delta v3 water block, ddc 18w pump. thinking getting just a air cooler as im looking reducing size of my rig.
drive is 750GB samsung one
6GB triple channel memory i think by patriot.

sorry for not giving exact part names but im not at the PC atm.

if £300 is too little for smaller form factors then atx is also ok, just a preference.
