3000 vs 3066?

Hi, I'm a little in doubts what to choose, my XMP profile 1 is ddr4-3000 (30x100.00x1.00), but I've noticed on options I could put it to ddr4-3066 (23x100.00x1.33) ... I've looked online but can't find proper explanation... Is it ok to do that? can cause sys instability? What is the actual difference between them two?

Ps: I have at the moment 2x8 gb CMK16GX4M2BB3000C15R

Don't worry about adjusting the RAM speed via the BCLK.
