Okay so i'm currently running a 256mb 5550 nvidia card ( or something like that) as this is what i had lying around. Im looking for an upgrade, my motherboard had pci 16x or whatever its called.

What would you guys recommend? I dont mind raising the price a bit if it'd make a big difference.

Cheers :D

Guess it depends on the rest of your system, I'd probably say you're close to 8800 GTX ranges. What's the rest of the system like? In particular the CPU, and PSU.

Thanks Princey, shall take a look. I've got a 700watt psu and a e660 2.4 dual core processor. (Should've waited a couple of weeks and got a faster one cheaper). What ya think?

Hi there, i saw an 8800 GTX on the members market going for £300inc, he only used the graphics card for ~5 mins give or take, although the purchase was not made from OCUK it is an awesome deal.
