300w or 500w?

I have both, however to get the 500w running ill need a new case, it just wont fit.
Would a 300w run this
3200+ venice
k8n neo2
1gb corsair ram and two 512's
radeon 9550
200gig hd
two dvd rw's

A good 300W PSU can power that easily. A low-quality, no-name "300W" PSU probably couldn't.

again aslong as its a decent brand PSU 300 will do fine, cheap PSU's aka PC killers!!!!

Also plan on doing a little OCing, the main reason why i bought a k8n neo2.
Would it be best to use the 500w one in a new case? the 500w isn't a known brand i believe, if not, would a case/psu combo cost a lot? and any specific ones?

If the 500w is also a generic PSU then you might not be all that much better off, in which case I'd suggest something like an Antec NSK4400 which comes with a good quality 380w PSU or even better an NSK6500 which comes with a 430w PSU, however it does cost around £20 more and it is currently out of stock (on backorder I suspect).

So it is settled that a no name 300w will not safely run the computer with some overclocking?

Will buy that case, didnt really want this upgrade to cost a lot, up to £200 almost with the case.
