Some websites have listed some gigabyte 3xxx series laptops coming soon. I expect in January we will see them released. I believe these may be Max-q 3080 and Max-p of 3060. Great for those that want a reasonable sized machine. I don’t mind the bulk of the larger machines so will be waiting for Max-p 3080, once Alienware get their machines out that will be interesting. We also have 11th gen i9 coming soon.

All the chat about the 30 series is that it's a huge leap forward vs the 20 series so I guess it's worth waiting, although I imagine it'll be hard to resist the likely bargains to be had with 20 series laptops by mid-next year... what to do...

Some Max-Q 3080, Max-Q 3070 and Max-P 3060 have been popping up online as being available in January. I will hold on for a Max-P 3080 that will appear in the thicker systems so hopefully not far behind.
