Hey Guys, i got a 3060ti FE this week. Ive been struggling with it as it doesnt seem to be much better than my old 1660 OC, on average i will be getting 60-70FPS, Times it will hit 100+ on warzone. I have even cross checked all my setting with a friend who has a 2060 and hes getting more fps than me. I cant get my head around it. Its a fresh windows, fully updated, BIOS on card and MB is updated. resizable Bar is on. Its annoying at the moment and I cant figure it out. I also have my powerplan at max, GPU power at max etc.

I have a 5600x, x570 MB, 32gb 3600mhz ram, AIO, Gen 4 NVME

Had BF V running last night and it was low frames aswell. All temps seem fine etc. 1080P going to 2K wasnt making any difference. Its got me stump. some searches online and im not the only one having similiar issues lol

I didn't notice a massive jump in fps when I got mine, I put it down to my CPU (ryzen3600). Weird if you're still having issues with a 5600x though. For what it's worth, I get around 100-130fps in warzone with mixed settings at 1440p
 
is everything the same? resolution? detail? render scaling? RTX? DLSS?
The game might auto-adjust the settings based on the new card and this can seriously affect the base line FPS.

Be careful not to make judgements based on an apples vs oranges comparison.

what cpu usage do you have playing


when I changed from the r9-390 to the rx5700 I had no gain on mp games and if anything it got worse due to a bottleneck

rtx doesn't affect my framerate at all. just makes the game look so blurry as it forces filmic t2x that takes a much better form of fxaa and and applies it all over your image but at a fair performance cost.

He has the 5600x. check OP. :)
the rx5700 is at least 75% faster in all games. you must be cpu limited :(
