306DTurbo car seats

My brother wants to know:

Will GTi seats from a 1997 3 door fit in a 1997 DTurbo 5 door?

Any ideas?

Front seats will, no idea about the rear bench, IIRC there are differences between the 3door and 5 door.

He's not, he wants to buy some GTi seats out of a 3 door into a 5 door DTurbo. Front and back. Thanks for the help guys

I dont think they will fit, the fronts will be designed to move allowin people into the back. They will be of different design/dimensions than those found in the 5 door.

The GTi seats aren't designed to handle the acceleration of the DTurbo anyway.

IIRC, the fronts will fit, but the rears won't.

I was about to post something about a screw-modded DTurbo with GTi seats not being able to hold you in.
