Literally crashing non stop rn.
I just got a new 5800x with asus x570mobo and when i try to install drivers for my 3070 windows warns me it cant verify the publisher of the driver software.
If I install driver anyway, I boot loop until i go into safe mode and uninstall drivers.
If i decline nothing happens but resolution and everything is messed up
When I stop bootlooping I have had 2bsod
1st was system thread exception not handled.
2nd was video scheduler internal error
my system has been running great the last couple days (with intel and only reason I crashed previously was due to the pcie raiser cable which has since been removed)
Now that I'm on amd it seems to run well but as soon as I try to install gpu drivers it goes pear shaped.
I have installed the latest bios, clean install of windows as I went from intel to amd etc. removed any overclocks I may have had.
It seems my choice is play at super low resolution without gpu drivers or install gpu drivers and boot loop
i may also note that I have tried multiple drivers that I have used previously over the last 2 weeks on the intel pc but for some reason halfway through the install windows flags it for not being a recognised driver. I have tried it with both geforce experience and straight from nvidias website everytime windows flags it.
I even tried disabling all of the windows security checks for installs/apps but it was still flagging the driver on install.
I feel defeated at this point and not sure what else to try
I hope this made sense, sorry if I repeated myself its been a long day of troubleshooting and not getting anywhere with it.
