3070 FE - worth risking vBIOS update to get resizeable bar?

As per title. The mobo bios supports it but I'd need to reflash the GPU. Is it worth it?

Trying to eek out fps/smoothness in msfs with VR.

I'd recommend it in general, but Nvidia's implementation of ReBAR operates on a whitelist. Even if you have it enabled universally, it'll only actually take effect in approved games and I don't think Flight Sim is on the list, so you'll probably see no difference. You can force it on universally (or for specific unsupported games) using Nvidia Profile Inspector though. Results will no doubt vary of course.
