3070 super/ti leaks

I wouldve thought there will be a 20gb version of the 3080, Nvidia would probably prefer to incentivise purchases of the 3080, rather than the lowest priced GPU in the series.

The 3080 will be the cashcow of the series - moooo

I look at the 8gb 3070 priced at less than £500 and think that GPU mostly exists to give AMD a (perhaps undeserved) good kicking. Good news for us gamers though...

These might be coming. But... surely it can't be any time soon. They would not sell a 3080 with 10GB vram and then 2-3 months later release a 3070ti with 16GB it just doesn't make sense. In 12 months maybe with the super refresh.

It makes no sense at all for the line up.

Sep they release a 3070 with 8Gb of vram and a 3080 with 10GB of memory and in say Dec they bring out a 3070ti with 16GB.

It completely messes up their tiers of cards.

Also it cannibalises sales of the 3080. Because will the 3070ti/super be cheaper or more expensive than a 3080?

There is no sense here at all.

I don’t think it messes up anything. The price will increase 200-300 quid with a ram increase so it would be up to people to pay that extra amount for more vram. Myself I think 650 quid for the 3080 is prefect for me and what am willing to spend on a GPU.

Unlikely as I don't recall a x70 varient (Ti / Super) ever being more expensive than a base x80 card. They will probably drop the price of the standard 3070 and fit the 3070ti between the launch price of the 3070 and 3080 so around $600. I can't see the 3070Ti being released this year unless they have to counter AMD.

the supers didn’t have a increase of vram too so I don’t think that counts
