Consensus appears to be that you need to have been a member for six months or two years (you're good on that one), and have posted more than 50 or 1000 times (you have some way to go on this). There are places and threads that only become visible once you have passed whatever thresholds have been set.

The specific Graphics deals section however should be a lot lower, especially in terms of post count.
