3080 Overclocking?

So I've just got my 3080 installed and trying to see what I can get out of it.

Afterburner is failing me though, despite enabling it in the options I'm not able to increase core voltage or power limit. Has anyone else got this problem or knows a work around?

Reviews indicated these cards run at their power limit all the time, so overclocking the core is not effective as no power headroom to work with? Memory overclock might be possible though.
