3080 power connector

I currently have a seasonic prime 1000w platinum psu, I currently use one of the psu’s pci-e power leads for my 1080ti as it breaks off into 2 8 pin connectors will I be able to do this for my 3080? Or will I need 2 pci-e cables?

If its the proper cable, it should be rated as 2x150w. Each 8 pin should be rated for 150w.

Personally, I'd rather have separate cables myself.

Yeah it’s the proper supplied cable from seasonic
