Its not cos the 'performance limit thermal' says no..



What makes you think its throttling?

Ed - the cores pretty high thats more likely than the memory. My core hits 53c memory 88c.

Performance limit utilization says yes, it is throttled though? Unless that's just because it got to 99% utilization?

76c is probably ok for the core though right? 20c higher is a lot higher than yours though? Do you have a different 3090 card? That could account for the difference?
 
76c is not ok for the core unless you have it on stock clocks with fan speed low I guess. My setup is on a curve but undervolted and fans would generally reach about 70% when loaded. It is an FE card.
