Hi all. I asked the mods if this was okay and I said yes :p

On Saturday I'm riding from Newcastle to London in 24 hours. The route will be a little over 315 miles with the fast group arriving in London at around 5 or 6 AM on Sunday.

This is all in aid of Macmillan, who provide support to cancer sufferers and for their family and loved ones.

So...if you feel like supporting a great cause or if you just hate cyclists and the thought of one suffering for 24 hours does it for you, please throw a few pennies at my Just Giving page:

Thanks both :)

The weather forecast is rain, more rain, a bit more rain and the odd bit of 42mph wind gusts. It's going to be awesome.

A good cause and worthy of a donation.
If you need some recommendations for coffee shops, pizza or BBQ restaurants, just ask :D.

I'm all ears :D

I have a few in mind but seriously, any suggestions are most welcome. Nothing too far out of the centre of London as for the first day or so after I arrive I imagine I'll be a bit tired for some reason...
