What memory (part number) and CPU do you have?

Can you take a picture of CPU-Z memory tab?

My 32GB systems say 32GB in About, in resource monitor one has 32737 total, 32768 installed and another 32680 total, 32768 installed.

It is usual for a small amount to be hardware or other reserved depending on setup though.

However, all AM5 CPUs now have a built-in basic iGPU. Unsure whether turning it off in the BIOS removes the 0.5GB framebuffer.

Good point - all my systems are Intel, though one of those does have a iGPU (I think it is currently disabled so maybe freeing up some memory it would otherwise take).

It's same as intel xmp
Basically a ram overclock
No guarantee it will be stable or won't
Having the latest available bios may help stability
My latest build expo turned on immediately crashed the pc
When trying cinebench r23
If its not stable you can just turn it off again
Or try manual tweaking of the ram
