I'm currently looking to switch from a 27" 1080p 60hz TN panel to 32" 1440p monitor, preferably at 100hz or above, but it seems that I'm limited to 2 options ? :

Having read reviews & threads on both, opinions seem mixed to say the least.
Not much to choose between either of them.
I've seen the ROG Strix XG32VQ show up recently, but no news of a release date.
Is there any other ones I've missed?
Would prefer to avoid ultrawide as there is hardly any height increase over my current 27" display.
