32" 1440p 144hz monitor Vs 27" 1440p G-sync monitor

As per title, is g sync worth the trade off in size. I would personally prefer the larger size but if G Sync really makes a big difference over a fast refresh rate then I guess it could be worth it, but I only game about 20% of the time anyway

Any thoughts please?
