32” 4K 144Hz G-Sync

Sadly we are still being screwed. The only monitor which stirred any interest for me was the Asus Proart 32” g model with had mini led and 120hz.

read this week that due to the panels not going to be available, it’s no longer coming out in January and will be H2 2020. Sigh.

if LG do a decent job on their 48” oled and offer 120hz I am just going to get one of them. Fed up waiting for a decent upgrade to my 5 year old perfect ips 60hz 4k screen, I just want the same quality screen with 120hz-144hz and some decent backlighting for some decent hdr. I paid £450 for my current screen. I would have expected to be able to buy the spec I mentioned for similar money by now. The asus screen was going to be £3k but I was prepared to go there if I could have got one in January.

The closest I’ve found to it so far is the Asus but it’s 27” and £1870.

I think 32” 4K is the sweet spot, I’ve had 3440x1440 in a 34” screen and while it was good, 4K obviously has better picture quality.

I may go for the 32” 4K 60Hz panel but coming from a 144Hz screen, that may be a bad choice!
