32 bit or 64?

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but Im finally thinking of upgrading my os, having missed out Vista alltogether and stayed on XP.

Can anyone offer any advice on whether to buy the 64 or 32 bit version, bearing in mind my pc is used 98% for gaming ( BC2, CoH, CSS) and a little bit of CV writing

My system is in my signature. Thanks anyone that can help

No reason to not go 64-bit.

Nuy retail you get both versions.

You would be crippling your system if you installed 32bit.
