32” for pc and mac 4k

Anyone recommend monitor for both pc and mac?
Mostly office work on pc- occasional light gaming but multimedia on new mac mini looking for something more than 60hz as currently have 144hz widescreen but that has some pixel damage

I use the Dell G3223Q. It's pretty decent. plugged into mac studio and razer blade 13 . Maybe there's better out there but this works nice for me. I can use the mac at 1:1 4K and it's rather quite usable indeed, but also works at lower res as well.
