32 inch Moniter Recommendation

My son wants a gaming moniter and has a budget of £250, can be new or second hand.
He is looking at this one LG 32GN600-B or is there a better choice?

Doubtfull there are any decent 32" monitors for that price level.
With small marketshare also finding second hand monitor would be harder.

27" size is far more competed with lot more products to different price ranges and pushing prices down and hence would strongly recommend considering it.
Size difference can be compensated by keeping monitor closer.

He is 13 years old and he wants to play pc games and play ps4 thats why 32" but 27" maybe a option.

I have realised a problem, my son wants to connect his pc and his ps4 pro to this one moniter, what about the sound? Does he have to buy a moniter with speaker or are there better options?
