32" LCD TV Query

Hey all,

I've recently been looking at TVs for my room - I've been looking at the possibility of maybe a 32".

After a bit of research, I found that you can get a decent make 32" for around £400 - £500

However, they are with a much small resolution... I have found some decent 32" TVs for around £700-£800 with a resolution of 1920x1080

So my question is - does it make that much of a difference if it's 1920x1080 in comparison with a small resolution?

1080p isn't needed at that size if screen unless it's used for loads and loads of pc usage. 720p will be fine.

It'll just be used for TV/Movies/Games - I'll leave my PC on my PC monitor
