Just built the parents a rig based on a 3200 venice and wow am I amazed.
After booting the first time the fan wasn't even spinning lol I thought it was broke - but its running so cool that its running passive when idle! The mobo is set to turn off the fan if under 25c and it was 24c passive and it gets upto about 30c load with the fan @ 1,000rpm.
This is the stock fan and sink aswell. Its amazing how quiet it is with just a rear 120mm fan running. Never knew the lower end 90nm chips could run so cool?
