32bit programs on 64bit vista?

well can i :confused:

thinking of gettin vista 64bit, but dont know if you can use 32bit programs on 64bit operating systems

Hey,
Yes it is possible as vista 64 has two Program Files folders one for native 64bit apps and one for 32bit appas. The 32bit ones just run an an emulator of sort.

I am running vista ultimate 64 with 2gb and it's fine. Will be upgrading to 4gb when possible

Isn't the point, though, that 64 bit allows more memory so would be a better choice if 4 GB or more of RAM is needed?
