hello
i have 32gb JUHUR ram 2x16 6400 cl38 48 48 100 148 @1.25v micron dunno what die..
running ryzen 5 7500f 1:1 ratio on profile 1 6400mt/s

i want to keep it on 6400 but have 70ns lag in aida and want to lower that cause i play fps shooters..
does anyone have micron timings and subtimings around 6400 cl 30 to 36 @1.35v 1.4v

something stable not extreme just to shave 10ns so my 1% lows improve

some subtimings that benefit ryzen 7000 for gamings

i appreciate any help cause i am stuck on understanding how timings work

What's your FCLK set to? I would also make sure your 6400 1:1 is stress test stable first before moving onto timings, even if you aren't crashing in games.

There's not much overclocking headroom for Micron on DDR5 but there are a few things you can do, tREFI @ 65k is probably the most important.
