32gb for intel

I'm looking for 2x16gb sticks and wondering what will be better

3600mhz at cl17 or 3200mhz cl14

I have an Intel 9700k and Asus xi maximus hero z390

Think they would perform very simallry if your chasing every fps then the rule of thumb is fastest ram with tighter timings.

Cost is a big factor to some , price performance ratio.
