330d alarm keeps going off

The alarm on my BMW e46 330d keeps going off. It only seems to happen when there is bright sunshine (something thats become more common in the last few weeks!). I think the air inside the car gets hot, expands and triggers the sensor.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Is there anything I can do short of taking it to an Indy/stealer?

If it is the pressure, why not leave the window open very slightly.

That's not a good idea...shouldn't need to do that anyway

Or leave the door open very slightly or turn the alarm off (It's still April fools day isn't it?)

Well, I tried leaving a window slightly open, but it still went off.
