33bhp - Updating V5 ?

Heard somebody say that you have to send off your V5 saying what the power-weight ratio / 33bhp is once you've had a restrictor fitted.

Is this true?

There's nowhere on the form for you to enter an updated power-to-weight ratio. I think that's just a standard figure from the type approval.

Not true.

Most of us wont be running the BHP the manufacturers claim
