I have the 1001.0 firmware version. I've attempted to upgrade to the 1007.4 version via USB drive (tried 2), but keep getting the message that it can't find the file. My monitor has the CGAA version.
I see in the upgrade notes it says to have USB hub enabled in the monitor menu, but there's no USB hub on/off option on mine (I note that this option apparently varies by region according to the manual).
I'm mostly interested in eliminating flickering with Freesync at around 47-52 fps (its 'ultimate Freesync' range is 48-100 Hz.)
Anyone with this monitor able to offer any advice on:
a) Would the firmware upgrade potentially solve this issue (there are no 'patch notes' accompanying it)
b) If so, anyone know how to get the monitor to recognise the USB stick's file?
