Hi Guys,

I've been playing with the new DSR feature that is now Kepler enabled. Pretty impressed so far.

I'm wondering if I'm using it correctly though? My understanding is that I just enable it to the level I want in Nvidia control panel and then choose the resolution "in game" that I want for that particular title? I think this way I can dial it back and forth in game to suit the particular title rather than going back to control panel repeatedly.

By leaving it enable in control panel I won't be running high clocks etc on the desktop will I? I think it'll only kick in once I'm in game?

Cheers chappies.

Correct, Just tick all the options in the control panel then you can go back and forth as you please :)

Lovely, cheers mate. I'm pretty impressed with how my ti copes at higher resolutions. Even if they're kind of synthesized!

Its a cool idea, but I just don't like it, I tried running at 5120x2160 scaled down to 2560x1080 (so 4 pixels per every one for a perfectish down sample) and it still didn't look as good as running at native with max AA. It reminds me of running an LCD panel at a non native res, it just doesn't look right, it's too soft.

Did you play around with the smoothness slider?
