Hi guys, struggling to find anything around Haswell U (4th Gen NUC, Pavilion Mini i3 etc) and 3440 x 1440 @ 60Hz and the same for Broadwell U (5th Gen NUC) via displayport.

All documentation seems to be on 4K or UHD and can see Haswell U wouldn't handle that, certainly not at 60Hz.

Want to replace what was a homeserver with an always on SFF PC that I'll also use for some work, occasional encoding and other non gaming use. I don't need a box with a load of large spinning disks anymore, streaming, on day encode and backup to cloud fine for my needs and want the space back.

I guess Carrizo might be an option too but doubt we'll see much shipping soon and no mention yet if there will be Brix versions.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Alex

3440x1440 is supported in Displayport 1.1 specifications at 60hz. 1.1 has been around for over 5 years. If the NUC you have is a mini or full sized displayport, you should be able to obtain the resolution and refresh rate you want.

Source: I have a 3440x1440 monitor.

Cheers Kulealshi!
