3470T with Vpro KVM or 2100T with TeamViewer?

I need a 35w CPU for a nightime download box.

Would you go for a 2100T with TeamViewer remote desktop or a i5 3470T with Intel Vpro KVM as a remote desktop?

I've never used Vpro KVM but i've heard it can be a pig to understand and setup.
