Friend wants a 350 gaming budget build, everything needed except peripherals.

Was thinking 750Ti, 4gb of ram, but can't think of the CPU or mobo Or case, any help would be appreciated, thank you! (siding with AMD)

i'd go with an intel build tbh, amd hasn't got any performance competitive processors to run with a discrete card at that price range
