I need to build a pc for a mate but he only has a budget of 350.
He doesn't need a monitor and possibly not a case, he doesn't need a keyboard or mouse either.
He regulary watches films, uses office applications and the internet, an average user basically, it would also need to handle video editing and photoshop, lightwave etc.
I'd like it to also be able to move to vista and windows 7 as he will probably have the computer for 4 years or more.
N.B - Windows XP will be the current OS as that's what he is used to
