350 Power supply

After i upgrade my hardware im fitting all the old stuff to my partners computer, this computer has a 350W power supply will it be enough to power the following?

2.533 P4
Asus P4S8X-X Motherboard
40gig Harddrive
1 x DVD Drive (IDE)
1 x CD Drive (IDE)
XFX 6600GT
1 gig of RAM (DDR)

Im thinking it will be fine, but just would like clarification.

Yeah what brand, my old q-tec 650 watts had problems with pretty much identical specs as yours: Crashes& general instability...

If proper brand not like a 5 quid psu: then you're ok
